We are currently recruiting for the position of Planning Officer at our Site Office for our ambitious redevelopment project at Bhendi Bazaar.

Minimum Experience: 2-4 years

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparation of Construction schedule in MSP and interim schedule as per requirement.
• Preparation of Procurement & Contracts schedule in line with monthly planning and share it with the respective dept.
• Circulate look ahead plan to Stakeholders & track the same.
• Tracking of schedules and raising red flags for critical activities.
• Resources tracking & follow-up for the same with respective dept.
• Preparation of MoM (internal & external stakeholders) and circulate to the respective team. Follow up for the deliverables.
• Maintaining delay log for activities & sharing with respective stakeholders.
• Review of progress reports received from Contractors.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graduate civil engineer (BE/B Tech) preferred with PG in construction management
• IT skills as MSP 2016, MS Office, Advanced Excel, AutoCAD

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience of high rise residential
• MSP hands-on experience required
• Experience of working with a developer preferred
• Conflict management and problem-solving skills

We are currently recruiting for the position of Design Engineer – PHE & FF at our Corporate Office for our ambitious redevelopment project at Bhendi Bazaar.

Minimum Experience:

• Must possess 5-10 years of professional experience in PHE & FF system design at MEPF at consulting engineers’ office or at Developers office or Design Build Contractors office, with moderate proficiency.
• Should have proficient level knowledge of software’s such as AutoCAD and BIM

Job description:

Coordination Responsibilities

• Undertake independent PHE & FF design as per local and international standards.
• PHE Systems: Water supply, Soil Waste FU Calculations, Hot water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, OWC, Storm Drain Sizing, Rainwater harvesting systems design CGWA manual, CPHEEO Manual Sewer & Storm water, Pump head & Friction loss calculations, Large infrastructure development for Mixed Use development Residential Hotel Commercial etc. 
• Fire Fighting Systems: Active & Passive fire Fighting systems. Hydrant, Sprinklers, Deluge /water Curtains, Pumps & Control Panel, AMAO, Design Density, Selection of Systems and application of Firefighting systems in Ordinary, moderate Hazard Systems. Fire Stops. Gas Based Fire suppression systems. 
• Understand and apply NBC2016, BIS, UPC, NFPA and other local and international code.
• PHE & FF Project space planning, concept, schematic, detail designing. Review of Design Basis Report.
• Preparation of Tender documents, BOQ, measurement sheet, review and update specifications to suit project requirements etc.
• Guide the Draftsman to prepare the drawings for various stages of the project.
• Checking the PHE FF/MEP coordination drawings prepared by the consultants & Contractor.
• Coordination with internal Architects, MEPF team & Consultants team.
• Coordination with Architect, Structural consultant, PMC.
• In depth review & approval of technical submittals, GFC & shop drawings.
• Review and certification of Handing over documents and as built layouts.

We are currently recruiting for the position of Civil Supervisor at our Sector 4 Site Office for our ambitious redevelopment project at Bhendi Bazaar. We are looking for Civil Supervisor having experience in high-rise residential, institutional buildings.

Minimum Experience: 8 – 10 years

Essential Requirements:

• SSC or HSC Graduate
• Must experience in residential, institutional buildings.

Job description:

• Daily execution of work as planned a day before by reporting manager
• Monitoring and reporting the status of resources (men and material) deployed by the contractor to their reporting manager every day
• Extract work as planned and report delay if any by end of the day
• Maintain housekeeping every day and ensure that the contractor does not leave the site without ensuring housekeeping in the area where the work is being executed

Should follow all quality, safety, and progress-related processes and systems and set the entries executed from the contractor accordingly

We are currently recruiting for the position of Civil Billing Engineer at our Site Office for our ambitious redevelopment project at Bhendi Bazaar.

Minimum Experience: 12 – 15 years

Essential Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience of the high rise residential project with a minimum of one project life cycle
• Should be hands-on Construction contracts Terms & Conditions
• Should have NSC experience.

Job description:

• Prepare and modify architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Check bills raised by the contractor, includes vendor documentation, on-site verification of measurement
• Checking of Variation statement submitted by Vendor for Ongoing Project
• Certify bills as per contract terms and conditions.
• Maintain records of payment done and balance to be done for contractors/vendors
• Analysis of claims by contractors /vendors
• Prepare quantity and cost estimates for completion of the project and inform the stake-holders of variations if any.
• Review Tender/WO/PO Documents based on the requirements of the project and highlight review for any correction required in documents
• To support PM in the billing & generating cost-related reports and documentation.
• Material Reconciliation. Data entry & analysis in Bandhoo / ERP Software / SAP
