We are currently recruiting for the position of Design Engineer – PHE & FF at our Corporate Office for our ambitious redevelopment project at Bhendi Bazaar.

Minimum Experience:

• Must possess 5-10 years of professional experience in PHE & FF system design at MEPF at consulting engineers’ office or at Developers office or Design Build Contractors office, with moderate proficiency.
• Should have proficient level knowledge of software’s such as AutoCAD and BIM

B.E / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical 

Job description:

Coordination Responsibilities

• Undertake independent PHE & FF design as per local and international standards.
• PHE Systems: Water supply, Soil Waste FU Calculations, Hot water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, OWC, Storm Drain Sizing, Rainwater harvesting systems design CGWA manual, CPHEEO Manual Sewer & Storm water, Pump head & Friction loss calculations, Large infrastructure development for Mixed Use development Residential Hotel Commercial etc. 
• Fire Fighting Systems: Active & Passive fire Fighting systems. Hydrant, Sprinklers, Deluge /water Curtains, Pumps & Control Panel, AMAO, Design Density, Selection of Systems and application of Firefighting systems in Ordinary, moderate Hazard Systems. Fire Stops. Gas Based Fire suppression systems. 
• Understand and apply NBC2016, BIS, UPC, NFPA and other local and international code.
• PHE & FF Project space planning, concept, schematic, detail designing. Review of Design Basis Report.
• Preparation of Tender documents, BOQ, measurement sheet, review and update specifications to suit project requirements etc.
• Guide the Draftsman to prepare the drawings for various stages of the project.
• Checking the PHE FF/MEP coordination drawings prepared by the consultants & Contractor.
• Coordination with internal Architects, MEPF team & Consultants team.
• Coordination with Architect, Structural consultant, PMC.
• In depth review & approval of technical submittals, GFC & shop drawings.
• Review and certification of Handing over documents and as built layouts.
